I turned on my heel and looked at Belle. “Baby bird?” I said with a smile.

“Cain this is John… my fa.. brother.” I said giving a slight smile back. “John this is Cain.. my boyfriend.”
“Really Belle. What’s with you and the evil type… First Pietro, now Cain.”
The fountain behind John exploded when he mentioned my ‘type’ of men. “Why don’t you just leave and go back to Xavier’s then if you don’t like my life.”

I turned to John. “Look I’m not evil anymore. I have given up that lifestyle and ever since I have devoted my life to keep her happy and safe.”
“We’ve both her this bullshit before. What if this is just another —” The X Men communicator went off. I took it out of my pocket and grimaced for my calling back home. “You will write to me Annabelle or I’ll find you again, and next time it’ll be you in a building.”
I placed the device back into my pocket and blasted off, leaving a notable crater in the park.

I moved in between the two of them and put my hands up. “Okay, there is something I have missed here and I want to know what it is. I don’t want any fights I just want to hear talking, please.” I stayed in between the two of them, just waiting for a move to be made.

I stood up from my position releasing my fist. “I’m John. Who the fuck are you?”
“I’m Cain, Cain Marko. Now can I ask you why the fuck you just attacked me out of nowhere.” I kept my stance between them, still waiting just in case something did develop.
“You’re Juggernaut. A brotherhood member. I’ve read your file. Why are you with her… Better yet, why are you protecting her?”
I let out a laugh. “So I guess the information hasn’t gotten out. I’ve switched sides, I’m on her side now. I have given up my evil ways, all thanks to her.”
I gave out a pity laugh. “Oh and next thing you’re going to tell me is your in love, a love you’ve never felt before until her met her. Right?”

I closed my eye’s for a second and took a deep breath. I held it for a moment then let it go and looked at her. “Nope.” I said with a chuckle.
I landed next to them, creating a small crater as I landed. “Who is he Annabelle?”
I stood in front of Cain when John landed. “He’s none of your business John. Get out of here.”
“Oh no. You’re not getting off that easily. First I let you leave the only safe place for mutants, Xavier’s and then I don’t hear from you ever again. I had to track you down by pulling connections with people I wanted nothing to do with. I can’t believe you worked for SHIELD. I can’t believe I had to find out about that from Fury and not you. You don’t write, you don’t call. What were you thinking? Were you trying to disappear again. Huh? Were you.”
My tone was cold and sharp. My hands were in fist and I was ready to beat her down a few pegs for everything she made me worry about.
